Some products sold on Huged.co.uk are offered on a pre-order basis. This means the item is not currently held in our inventory at the time of purchase and will be manufactured or sourced after your order is placed.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Pre-Order Shipping Timeframes

  • Pre-order items are estimated to ship approximately 77 days after purchase.
  • Shipping timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary due to manufacturing schedules, quality checks, logistics, or external factors beyond our control.
  • If there are any significant changes or delays to your pre-order, we will notify you via the email address provided at checkout.

Payment for Pre-Orders

  • Full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order.
  • Your order confirms your agreement to wait for the estimated shipping period associated with pre-order items.

Pre-Order Cancellations & Refunds

  • You may request to cancel a pre-order before the item enters production or dispatch, subject to our discretion.
  • Once a pre-order item has entered production or processing, cancellation may no longer be possible.
  • If a pre-order is cancelled or cannot be fulfilled by us, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
