1. What makes Huged products weighted?

Our hoodies, blankets, and joggers contain evenly distributed micro-glass beads integrated within layered fabric panels.
This adds gentle weight that:

  • Lowers stress
  • Increases relaxation
  • Creates a “hugged” feeling
  • Improves comfort and calmness
  • The weight is subtle, balanced, and safe for daily wear.

2. Are the hoodies safe to wear all day?

Yes.
Huged weighted hoodies are designed to feel grounding without restricting movement.
The weight is engineered to be comfortable for casual wear, walking, lounging, working, studying, and travel.


3. Do Huged products get hot or uncomfortable?

No.
We use premium heavyweight fleece (400–450 GSM) designed for breathability.
Heat regulation is maintained by:

  • Air-flow layer design
  • Non-insulating bead pockets
  • Soft cotton blends
  • You get comfort without overheating.

4. How do I wash my weighted hoodie or blanket?

  • Cold wash
  • Gentle cycle
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Hang dry only
  • Do not bleach
  • Do not iron over printed logos
  • This protects the fabric, the weighting system, and the puff-print logo.

5. What is the weight of Huged hoodies, joggers, and blankets?

Each product is engineered differently:

  • Weighted Hoodie: approx. 3–5 kg depending on size
  • Weighted Joggers: approx. 1.5–3 kg
  • Weighted Blanket: 6–9 kg (adult standard)
  • Weights may vary slightly by design.

6. How do Huged sizes fit?

Our hoodies and joggers are intentionally slightly oversized, giving a relaxed, premium, cozy fit.

If you prefer a tighter fit, size down.
If you prefer extra oversized, size up.

7. Do you offer pre-orders?

Yes.
Because Huged releases limited batches, many items are offered on a pre-order basis.

How pre-orders work:

  1. You place your order.
  2. Your product is produced in our next batch.
  3. Orders ship as soon as the batch is complete.
  4. Estimated delivery times are shown on the product page.

8. Why are some items pre-order only?

To keep quality high and avoid overproduction.
We manufacture in small batches based on demand, ensuring:

  • lower environmental impact
  • better quality control
  • no mass-production defects
  • no unnecessary waste
  • It also guarantees every customer gets a freshly made product.

9. How long does shipping take?

For in-stock items: 5–10 business days.
For pre-order items: the estimated dispatch date is listed on the product page (usually 10–20 days).

Worldwide shipping is available.


10. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes.
We currently offer free worldwide shipping.


11. Can I return or exchange my order?

We offer 30-day returns on unused items in their original condition.

For weighted products, this means:

  • No stains
  • No signs of wear
  • Original packaging

Note: Pre-order cancellations are not accepted once production begins.


12. What if my order arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it free of charge.
Simply email us with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the issue

We’ll handle everything quickly.


13. Can I track my order?

Yes.
You can track your order anytime through the “Track Order” page in the main menu.


14. How are the puff-print logos made?

We use raised puff-print technology that expands under heat to create a soft, tactile, premium texture.
Logos are:

  • durable
  • non-glossy
  • slightly raised
  • matte finish
  • resistant to cracking when washed properly

15. Do you have a physical store?

Not yet.
Huged is currently an online-only brand to keep prices fair and focus on limited-batch production.


16. Can I cancel my order?

  • In-stock items: can be cancelled before shipping.
  • Pre-order items: cannot be cancelled after production begins because they are made-to-order.
