is a reseller of third-party products and is not the manufacturer.

Order Processing & Delivery: Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days

and shipped from our international fulfilment partners. Delivery to the UK usually takes

between 7–21 business days. We are not responsible for customs delays, postal

disruptions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Liability: Huged shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

resulting from product use, delay, or non-delivery. Total liability shall not exceed the

amount paid by the customer for the specific order.

disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

2. Shipping Policy

We partner with trusted international suppliers to fulfil orders. Processing times are

typically 2–5 business days. Estimated delivery to the UK is 7–21 business days. Delays

beyond our control (customs, weather, courier disruptions) do not constitute grounds for

refunds. Tracking details will be provided via email once available.

Customers are responsible for entering accurate delivery information. Huged is not

responsible for lost or delayed parcels caused by incorrect address details.

3. Returns & Refund Policy

Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery only if the product is defective

or damaged upon arrival. To qualify, the product must be unused, in original packaging,

and approved for return via email before shipment. Customers are responsible for return

shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, wrong size/colour, or shipping delays.

Refunds, where approved, will be processed within 10–14 business days after thereturned item is received and inspected.
